Social Media Strategy +
Content Systems
for Established Businesses
TURN SCATTERED IDEAS INTO SCALABLE CONTENT SYSTEMSSIMPLIFY YOUR MARKETING.
SIMPLIFY YOUR MARKETING.
I help established businesses and organizations organize their expertise, ideas, and existing content into strategic content pillars and repeatable social media systems that are easier to create, manage, scale, and advertise so you can simplify your marketing.
You Already Have Plenty To Say,
the hard part is turning it into a connected system that actually works.
If you identify with any of these,
I can help…
You have the expertise
You know your business, your services, your clients, and what makes your work valuable.
You have the raw material
You have photos, stories, events, FAQs, team updates, client wins, ideas, and day-to-day work that could become content.
You need social media to support your business, not to become another full-time job
You want a consistent presence that reflects the quality of your work and helps move your larger marketing goals forward.
You don’t have a clear system for using it
You have posted all of this on social media, but haven’t gotten much engagement or conversion to your website.
You know you need to advertise, but you’re not sure where to start.
You’ve boosted posts, spent money, and still aren’t seeing the calls, sales, sign-ups, registrations, or website actions that actually matter.
You don’t need more ideas.

My Approach
Understand the Business
Who are we trying to reach?
What do you offer?
What makes you different?
What are your mission, values, expertise, and behind-the-scenes stories?
What business goals should social media support?
Assess What We Have to Work With
Which platforms make sense?
What photos, video, testimonials, event content, team content, and existing assets do we already have?
What budget is available for content creation and paid media?
What is realistic for you and your team to maintain?
Build the Content Plan
Deploy the content across the right platforms.
Track what gets attention, clicks, leads, registrations, or other meaningful results.
Adjust the mix based on what’s working.
Use paid support where it makes sense.
Publish, Learn, and Refine
Organize ideas into clear content themes.
Decide what should educate, promote, build trust, show personality, or support a specific campaign.
Create repeatable formats and platform-specific content.
Write, design, and prepare everything for approval.

The goal isn’t to create more content for the sake of creating content. It’s to build a connected system where your social media, email, video, and paid campaigns work together.
You bring the business knowledge, updates, ideas, photos, offers, events, and goals.
I turn that into a clear content plan, create the pieces, organize the workflow, and help keep everything moving consistently.
Experience Across Industries
Different industries.
Same challenge.
I’ve worked with businesses and organizations across real estate, professional services, national conferences and events, nonprofits, creative companies, coaches, authors, consumer brands, and more.
What they have in common?
They already have plenty of content, expertise, people, stories, events, services, ideas, and day-to-day work.
The challenge is turning all of that into social media consistently… knowing what to post, how to organize it, and how to make it actually support the business.
Because posting is one thing.
Creating content that leads to conversations, DMs, inquiries, calls, leads, and sales is another.
My job is to find it, organize it, and turn it into strategic social media content that converts.
How I Support Clients
Event marketing that goes beyond “register now.”
For ProGreen EXPO, the content strategy is built around clear pillars: education, industry relevance, attendee value, exhibitors, and event momentum. So the marketing gives people a reason to care long before registration deadlines hit.
Finding the story on-site.
For select organizations, I offer high-touch, on-site content capture and story development stepping in to identify the moments worth sharing, ask the right questions, and shape them into social-first content. For Central City Opera, I interviewed Guild members with prompts designed to draw out natural, meaningful responses, then produced a finished iPhone-shot video for Instagram and TikTok that captured the heart of the organization and gave its audience a reason to connect with its mission.
Turning expertise into approachable Reels.
For Realtor Jenna Huelskamp, I developed the concepts and filming style for a series of Instagram Tips Reels, then went on-site to capture the content with her. The goal was to turn her real estate knowledge into short, natural videos that felt useful and easy to watch, giving her a repeatable way to show up on social with content that builds trust and positions her as a knowledgeable local resource.
Turning one event into months of content.
For MIC of Colorado: speakers, attendees, sponsors, educational topics, deadlines, FAQs, behind-the-scenes moments, and community stories become a repeatable content system before, during, and after each event.
Turning existing content into a new campaign.
Benson Tent Rent already had a strong library of event photography, but their winter ad campaign needed seasonal context. I went on-site during a snowfall to capture fresh footage, then combined it with their existing photos to create a winter-focused social ad filling the content gap without requiring a full new shoot.
Turning the shopping experience into a TikTok series.
For The Other Side Furniture Boutique, I created the “Guess Our Price” concept for Instagram and TikTok. A recurring video series designed to showcase products in a way that felt interactive, entertaining, and native to social. I developed the concept and filming approach, then turned individual furniture pieces into content that encouraged viewers to stop, guess, and engage before revealing the price.
A repeatable system for year-round engagement.
For GAMEIS Conference: education, community, industry insights, speaker content, event memories, sponsor stories, and registration messaging are organized across the annual conference cycle keeping the audience engaged even when the event itself is months away.
Turning everyday work into compelling ad creative.
For Core Roofing, I developed the concept and Meta Ad campaign strategy for solar panels, then captured the footage needed to bring it to life. The goal was to make a technical, not-always-visual service feel engaging and native to social, showing the work in its real environment and turning it into paid creative built specifically for Meta.
Turning existing footage into content that feels current.
For LMD Productions, I work with footage captured by their team and turn it into polished, social-first Reels for Instagram. I identify the strongest moments, develop the creative direction, edit around current platform trends, and package the footage into content that feels timely, engaging, and aligned with the events industry without requiring a new shoot every time.
Behind KM Social
I started KM Social in 2021 after nearly a decade of experience across nonprofit event planning and video production.
I spent six years working in nonprofit event planning, where organization, timelines, spreadsheets, communication, and keeping a lot of moving pieces on track were simply part of the job.
I then spent three years with a small video production company learning from TV news journalists, and building my skills in video, storytelling, content creation, and digital media.
When the professional landscape shifted during COVID, I saw an opportunity to bring those skills together and build something of my own.
What started as social media management grew into the work I do today: helping businesses and organizations turn their expertise, ideas, stories, and existing content into strategic content systems that are organized, repeatable, and easier to manage.
In a lot of ways, KM Social is the combination of everything I had been doing all along… creative storytelling on one side, worksheets and systems on the other.
